Vow & Voyage Collections are crafted for couples dreaming of an intimate celebration anywhere love takes them. Whether you're eloping on a mountaintop, gathering a small group in the desert, or planning a ceremony outside of my typical service area, these collections are designed to travel with you. Now Offering Videography Services!
As we start a new journey in offering a new service, please keep in mind that we are *beginners* in videography, and our work will improve with practice and patience. We have had several videography bookings from 2024-current, and will continue in bettering our craft! While we are in these beginning stages, we are be offering discounted rates for all wedding, elopement and event videography collections, and have included them in our regular photography sessions or as an add-on service as well.
A nonrefundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your session, unless otherwise noted.
For weddings, elopements and events, a nonrefundable retainer of $500 to $800
(depending on your collection, location or promotion) is required to secure your date.
The final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or event date.
Vow & Voyage Collections follow a custom payment schedule and specialized retainer amounts, which will be outlined in your personalized proposal and contract.
Most sessions and wedding collections may be upgraded to include additional time, locations, images, or products. Hair and makeup services can be added upon request for an additional fee depending on location.
If you'd like to add a second photographer or videographer for your elopement, wedding, or event, that can also usually be arranged for an additional cost.

How do I book a session or check your availability?
We’re currently booking limited session, event, and wedding dates for 2026 through 2028. To check availability or start planning, simply reach out via our contact form or message me on social media. Once we connect, we’ll talk more about your vision, what you're looking for, and any custom elements you might want. From there, we can provide a personalized quote if your needs differ from our standard offerings.
Do you work internationally?
Absolutely. I regularly serve clients throughout the Southwest and Midwest, across the United States, and internationally.
Whether you're planning a local session, a destination wedding, or a full travel experience, I’m always ready to explore somewhere new with you. As a certified travel agent, I take care of all the logistics and search for the best value to make your vision stress-free and seamless.
Travel fees may apply depending on the session type, location, and coverage needs, but I’ll always provide a clear, upfront breakdown before booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do! We offer flexible payment plans to help ease the financial stress of planning your session or event.
To reserve your date, a nonrefundable retainer is required at booking. This retainer applies toward your total and secures your date, covering time, talent, and any vendors involved.
Regular sessions: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your session.
Weddings, elopements, and events: The full balance is due 30 days before your event date.
Vow & Voyage Collections: These include custom payment plans that vary based on the details of your adventure. Your payment schedule will be clearly outlined before booking and included in your signed contract and invoice, along with automatic email reminders so you never miss a due date.
We make it easy to pay over time at your pace, giving you the flexibility to plan without added stress.
What is your typical timeline?
Turnaround times can vary depending on the season and type of session, but we’ll always give you a clear estimate before you book and list it in your contracts for easy review.
Sneak peeks: You’ll receive at least 3 preview photos within 48 hours of your session or event date. Regular sessions: Full galleries are typically delivered within 4 weeks. Weddings and elopements: Full photo galleries are delivered within 12 weeks. Vow & Voyage Collections: These are prioritized experiences, with full photo delivery typically completed within 4 to 6 weeks.
Full video coverage (not teaser trailer films): Delivery time is typically 16 weeks.
